Q. What is your return policy?
A. Even though we do not accept any returns, if you are unsatisified with any product, send me an email at erica@enlightenbodhi.com letting me know what you ordered, the issue/problem with the product and what you are looking for. Depending on your situation, we can swap your product for a more suitable one for your needs, and if necessary, a refund can be applied with a return of all unused/unopened product.
Q. If I am shopping with Eri the Esti, does that mean I am buying from Enlighten Bodhi Spa?
A. Any purchase you make here at my skincare shop is directly through me, Eri the Esti. My skincare practice is at Enlighten Bodhi Spa, which I also co-own with my business partner, Natasha Apiag. Our Spa is a collective of therapists and healers, each who believe in and use their own products, all available in their bio pages on our Spa website. There's a lot of great stuff out there, this is one place where I can share some great products that I love with you!
Q. How can I find out more information about a product?
A. Information on key benefits and ingredients is on the individual page. For information on the steps in a skincare routine and basics on product usage, check out my blog HERE. If you have more questions, feel free to reach out!
Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?
A. Currently, all purchases when you shop with Eri the Esti are not shipped outside of the United States.
Q. Are your products gluten free?
A. Unfortunately, not all products are gluten free, here is a list of Skin Script products that contain either phytic (seeds, grains, legumes), wheat, azaleic (dervied from wheat or rye), or barley:

Q. Where are your products made?
A. Skin Script skincare is based out of Tempe, Arizona
Q. Which products are safe for pregnant women or mothers still breast feeding?
A. There are some products that are safe for pregnant women or those who are still lactating/breast freedin:
- Pomegranate Cleanser
- Green Tea Citrus Cleanser
- Charcoal Clay Cleanser
- Cucumber Toner
- Mint Refining Toner
- Raspberry Refining Scrub
- Beta-Carotene/Papain Renewal Serum
- Serums (excluding Blemish Spot Treatment & Retinaldehyde Serum with IconicA®)
- Moisturizers
- Sheer Protection SPF 30
Q. Are there any products or ingredients that use animal derived ingredients?
A. Skin Script does not harm animals in the making of our products. However, some do contain ingredients such as lactic acid or yogurt (derived from milk), or honey.
Q. How long is the opened product good for?
A. While there is a shelf life listed on the bottle, here is a blog I wrote about the shelf life of common products and beauty tools: CLICK HERE
Q. What if my shipping address is incorrect?
A. Send me an email right away with the correct shipping address. In the subject line write "UPDATE SHIPPING ADDRESS!!" and send it to erica@enlightenbodhi.com I will send you an email confirming that I received and made the change.
Q. Do you offer Gift Cards?
A. Currently there is not an option to buy/order Gift Cards to use to purchase your skincare products.
Q. USPS says my package has been delivered but I didn't receive any. What do I do now?
A. Kindly coordinate with your local post office. As much as I would like to help, they would be the best people to sort this out. If there's any way I can be of help, just please reach out by sending me an email at erica@enlightenbodhi.com.
